Excellent Value for a recommended maintenance product September 2, 2007 M. ODell 10 out of 11 found this review helpful
This turned out to be a great package. Includes not only a high quality unit to maintain the battery, it also comes with a quick connector with a protective cap to attach permanently connected to the battery that will add value and ease of servicing.

I bought 3 of these several years ago intending to use them on motorcycles. I have a GoldWing that if left sitting too long would have a dead battery. One of these units solved that problem, in fact the battery is coming up on 6 years old is still working great. I ended up giving the second on to my son for one of his M/C's and I have been using the 3rd one on whatever was parked and not being driven, mostly cars. Since the recent gas crisis I have gone to driving the GoldWing(motorcycle in case you don't know) all the time and so right now the 3rd unit is on my Audi, for several months now, and it seems to be doing the job just fine. I use the Audi about once every 4-6 weeks when I have to move people or things that I can't strap to the GoldWing.
working as advertised January 11, 2007 J. Teates 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
As with other Battery Tender products I own, this one is working as expected. Has been in service since December, so it has a short history, but so far so good.
Compact "Intelligent" Charger. January 29, 2007 Nick D. (Fort Collins, Colorado United States) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I own a few of these Deltran battery tenders and they work flawlessly. The newer models have inline blade fuses which is a great upgrade. Can't figure out why they don't just put the fuse in the charger cable instead of the plug in connecters though?
Just like on TV July 10, 2007 Coyne (St. Anne, IL) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
Saw this on Speedvision (Two guys gargage)
Bought it for my trolling motor. Works great and safely. Comes with a nice wiring harness that I affixed to the carrying handle. Just plug it in and it's ready to go.
The intial charge makes the unit a little warmer then I thought, but the factory assured me it was no problem. It does cool down during maintain mode.
Great product.
